We are seeking a talented and dynamic **Marketing Communication Executive** to join our Marketing team.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote our brand, products, and services.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, infographics, and videos.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, engagement metrics, and customer feedback to optimize marketing communication efforts.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing communication channels.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, insights, and testimonials for marketing communication materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing communication tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing communication efforts with business objectives.

**What is required of me?**:

- 3-4 years proven work experience in marketing, advertising, public relations or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for marketing materials, interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders and conveying key messages to target audience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines and to coordinate with cross-functional team to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities in previous roles.
