**Job Description**:

- Support Operations Department in preparing and submission of new or existing external and internal reports, including but not limited to data understanding & defining extraction rules, data preparation, cleansing, testing, verification, implementation, monitoring and tracking
- Support the preparation/ submission of regulatory reports, group reports and operational reports /dashboards for multiple Operations units
- Ensure all reports submission are timely and accurate
- Familiar with CRS, FATCA, SDIC reporting
- Support other Operations Units to use IT reporting tools (such as Business Intelligence) to perform ad hoc data extractions for analysis purpose
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as and when assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations
- Familiar with handling large data volume using MS Excel macros, VBA or SQL
- Acumen for data handling and IT tools
- Preferred with MAS reporting knowledge or hands-on experience especially on loan and CASA/FD products
- Timeliness of deliverables
- Accuracy of deliverables
- Meticulous and enjoy working with data
- Good communication skill
- A team player
