**What You'll Be Doing**:
Sales & Client Growth Support
- Assist in lead generation, outbound campaigns, CRM management
- Prepare and support client proposals and onboarding materials

Marketing Initiatives
- Draft marketing content (with support from AI tools/templates) and track KPIs

Business Operations
- Set up and optimize internal workflows (project tracking, reporting dashboards)
- Support project management across client and internal teams

Product & Customer Research
- Assist with user discovery interviews for the new SaaS platform
- Summarize findings into actionable product and marketing recommendations

Analytics & Decision Support
