As an Art Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping our brand's visual language while ensuring engagement and performance across multiple social channels.

This position requires experience in AI tools and offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate effectively from anywhere.

**Responsibilities**- Develop and execute compelling visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals and craft visuals that enhance ad performance.
- Utilize AI generative tools to streamline and innovate the creative process from ideation to execution.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance data to refine visual strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and impactful ideas for marketing creatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Provide art direction guidance to team members

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role within a creative agency or in-house team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media ad campaigns and performance-driven design.
- Proficiency in using AI generative tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement and conversion.
- Ability to interpret data insights to inform and adapt design strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire the creative team.
- Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto, and financial space is definitely advantageous.
