**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with good digital and computer knowledge to help clients improve their business operations through strategic advice and process optimization. Need to guide entrepreneurs and businesses through the process of incorporating companies, provide expert advice on compliance, and support business growth strategies. You will be responsible for helping clients navigate regulatory requirements, optimize business structures, and ensure successful company formation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed assessments of client business processes.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Provide expert advice on business restructuring, mergers, or new market entry.
- Prepare comprehensive business plans and reports for clients.
- Support clients with post-incorporation services, including accounting, and tax registrations.
- Ensure clients comply with all statutory obligations, including annual returns and maintaining corporate records.
- Guide clients through the adoption of new business processes and technologies.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities for businesses entering the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and advice as their businesses grow and evolve.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in business incorporation and **digital marketing **.
- Proven experience as a business consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various skills like **tally, business analytics, powerpoint and cloud softwares.**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present complex ideas clearly.
