**What the role is**
- Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (CET Finance) in the Finance & Administration Department

**What you will be working on**
- Support the Continuing Education & Training (CET) operations in Finance, which includes administration and handling of enquiries, funding, collection, billings and debtor management - Perform CET billing and collection related functions - Liaise and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all CET courses financial operation including the following: a. Administer and prepare claims from and refunds to funding parties b. Prepare and provide CET financial reports to internal and external stakeholders c. Support collaboration project in areas of budgeting, cost recoveries and preparation of profit and loss statements d. Liaise and work closely with auditors on CET audit matters e. Liaise and support the team in areas of user testing, pre and post implementation works for the new training management system - Ensure compliance to policies and procedures for CET finance operations - Assist the Manager in the documentation of key standard operating procedures - Manage and execute other administrative tasks, duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Manager

**What we are looking for**
- Qualification in Accounting or related accounting qualifications - At least 3 years of experience in accounting field - Good analytical skills - Able to communicate effectively - Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word - Independent and strong team player - Proactive and able to work effectively under pressure and during peak periods - Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
