**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)**

**Must-Have**
- Basic Vision Plus experience
- Experience in Vision Plus Authorization system.
- Strong Mainframe experience
- Must have strong skills and exposure in JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM and JCL.
- Good exposure and experience in CICS and Mainframe infrastructure.
- Experience in OPC scheduler and Batch support is must.

**Good-to-Have**
- Experience in Bank/Cards and Wealth Domain
- Good exposure and experience in Retail/Personal Banking environment
- Experience in driving COB, Data center migrations, risk identifications, Etc

**Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**
- Should be flexible to work with business, project team, Scrums team, PMO's and Technical stake holder until the project is delivered/Deployed.
- Should analyze the issues raised by business, identify root-cause, and provide findings to Dev team for issue fixes
- Should be able to drive calls with business in case of major issues and communicate to all stakeholders on the ongoing issues.
- Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques
- Monitoring alerts and acting on time.
- Communication & coordination with various stakeholders
