The Venue Managers shall provide a responsive, timely and reliable technical support service to answer to Users’ needs at all times for logistic assistance for events, functions or the like held within or outside the Facilities;
a. The Venue Managers shall coordinate and ensure smooth operations of major events held at the above-mentioned facilities. The Venue Managers shall plan, implement, monitor and provide the service as and when requested by the Users.
b. The Venue Managers shall ensure that there are sufficient chairs, tables and other required logistics such as the AV equipment, fans, signages, banners, potted plants, props, displayed materials, etc., as required;
c. The Venue Managers shall also ensure that sufficient competent personnel (including provision of cleaners for house-keeping activities) are available in rendering assistance before, during and after the activity;
d. The Venue Managers shall ensure that the required logistics are available as and when required, in good working condition and are properly arranged before the activity and kept in their original positions after the activity;
e. The Venue Managers may also ensure that the areas affected are cleaned and properly spruced up including painting, grass-cutting and pruning of plants and pest control where required. After the activity, he shall ensure that the said areas are reinstated to their original condition;
f. The Venue Managers has to ensure that there is at least a trained Technician in the Team that can operate and manage the AV equipment at the above-mentioned facilities during functions/meetings/events at all times;
g. The Venue Managers shall ensure that there are sufficient Technicians to operate and manage the AV equipment during important/big functions/meetings/events at all times.
h. The Venue Managers shall make arrangement and supervise cleaning and other maintenance contractors where necessary. Where required, the Venue Managers shall work overtime and may be required to arrange for standby staffing during the programmes
Managing all facilities matter at Community & Lifestyle and assigned Community & Lifestyle venues
b. Managing the above-mentioned facilities booking calendar to achieve the utilisation of 90% throughout the year
c. To manage and work with appointed vendors & contractors to deliver quality events & programmes
d. Keeping track of utilisation rates of various facilities and payment status of applicants.
e. Any other projects assigned by AD, Community & Lifestyle
