**Introduction**

GlobalFoundries is seeking a seasoned Lead Sales Operation to support its APAC & China Sales Regions. This position will be located in Singapore. This role provides operational support to sales management, and typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either as an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently):

- Perform customer/Company issue tracking and management
- Ensures the sales team has the right system, tools, processes, analytics, and reports required to execute their customer and internal-facing responsibilities.
- Coordinate and drive cross-sales activities and corporate-wide communications to the overall customer base (across End Market, Pricing teams)
- Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed

**Your Job**
- Manage, review and analyze Sales metrics on a Weekly basis with the APAC & China Regional Sales teams to assess performance against Quarterly targets (DWR/TOR/NWR)
- Facilitate creating and communicating Sales annual and quarterly goals
- Work with Account Managers to track and drive closure of any Sales targets
- Support Region Heads by tracking and verifying attainment vs. target
- Coordinate, facilitate rollout of subsequent trackers of any Sales initiatives for the APAC & CHINA Regions (Pricing Uplift to meet goals, escalations to LOT etc.)
- Partner with Global Commercial Operations team to continuously improve new process roll outs and systems enhancements changes.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy and Realization to pave for certainty of revenue paths
- Support Sales Region Heads to prepare executive decks for Senior Leadership reviews
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

**Required Qualifications**
- Education/Experience - Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College and or University in Business, Engineer or Related Discipline
- 7 Years of Related Work Experience
- 5 Years of Experience in Business or Sales Operations or Project Management
- Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the Semiconductor Industry Preferred
- Experience with planning tools such as Kinaxis is a plus
- Frequent interaction at the Executive level. Hence, requires excellent Written & Oral Communication and Presentation Skills. Responsible for the conception and execution of detailed PowerPoint where complex information and present it understandably
- Self-starter. Be able to work under a high-pressure environment, as needed
- This position requires intense Attention to Detail
- This role requires a Collaborative Work Style. It requires working closely with Executives & with all members of the APAC & CHINA Sales teams
