Hepmil Singapore is looking for a **Video Director** who’s skilled and passionate in creating comedy videos for social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.

**Responsibilities**
- Pre-production
- Aid writers in developing their stories for video
- Work with clients to ensure the best outcome for video content
- Crafting shot-lists and storyboards (when necessary)
- During Pre-production meetings
- Convey your vision to crew and production team clearly
- Liaise with crew about technical requirements (e.g. lighting, shot size, and camera angle/movement)
- Collaborate with crew and production team to enhance visual comedy (e.g. comedy in props/wardrobe/set)
- Principal photography (shoot)
- Guide cast in bringing out their best performance
- Lead the crew and production team in ensuring a smooth production
- Liaising with client on set
- Post-production
- Creating log sheets
- Supervise and collaborate with editor
- Aiding accounts in ensuring smooth and professional communication with client

**Requirements and skills**
- A good sense of humour
- A strong passion to create comedy content, especially reality content
- Familiar with gen-z humour content
- Adapt fast to new trends
- Have the fighting spirit to push for what is funny
- Have a good understanding of
- What kind of humour works well for SGAG audience
- What hooks and sustains the attention of Singaporean audience on social media
- Have a portfolio of comedy video content that has good reception
- Can be any form, ranging from TikTok videos to short film
- Collaborative
- Strong communications skills
- Good stress management and problem-solving skills on set
- Ideate and write (good to have)
- Experience directing complex projects such as music videos (good to have)
- Good time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
