ASM is embarking on the implementation of S/4HANA system and is looking for a **Snr Manager - Business Process Owner**, who has deep business domain knowledge and insights, to lead the business team in standardizing, harmonizing and streamlining business processes, while we implement the S/4HANA solution throughout the entire organization. He/She should have an influential personality to convey their ideas across and articulate to the different levels in the organization. He/She is pragmatic, empathize with the daily issues that the users are facing, and able to break down the functional silos and collaborate across end to end processes to achieve the target performance. He/She is independent, driven to get the job done, yet sensitive to the cultural, political, demographic as well as the different stakeholders’ potential reaction to change.

While S/4HANA is a predominant project that requires Business Process Owner’s involvement, he/she would also engage in other key process improvement initiatives that involves other systems.

**What's the Role?**
- Collaborate workstream specific BPOs in respective workstreams, standardizing processes across all business functions/domains relating to S/4HANA area. (examples but not limited - engineering, field service, finance, manufacturing, demand planning and forecasting, supply chain, and sourcing & procurement)
- Chairing the Global Templating Meeting in S/4HANA project and harmonizing and streamlining among all business units
- Documenting details of as-is and to-be business processes, global procedures and work instructions
- Educating business users on best practices employed globally within the industry
- Eliminating difficulties users face in their daily routine of operations
- Review, update and approve to-be business processes in alignment with the company’s culture, environment, requirements and processes
- Challenge status quo by offering pragmatic and efficient processes
- Monitor and measure performance, effectiveness and efficiency of specific core business processes
- Identifying, documenting and testing new business and exceptional scenarios
- Leading a successful project implementation with a high level of satisfaction and acceptance across all levels of stakeholders

**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Strong knowledge of equipment manufacturing business domains in the semiconductor industry
- Well versed and has deep insights on industry norms and best practices
- Ability to demonstrate values in industry best practice on a practical level
- Experience in managing change at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to articulate all aspects and views of problem and solution
- Ability to compare as-is and to-be to identify gaps and any additional business needs
- Ability to prioritize changes based on values, change impact and risks, to achieve the overall business objectives
- Flexibility to adapt a workaround solution into a business process, and to close the loop with a long term solution
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management or any related discipline with 10+ years
