Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise on-site situation and perform first class front-line customer service role.
- Able to tackle complaints occurring from handling process.
- Assist with general affairs and administration duties.
- Achieve Company goals, report on-site situations and collaborate seamlessly with the Company's airport team.
- Multitasking and performing other relevant tasks as assigned by manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

Experience in airport passenger service will be advantageous.

Excellent multitasking and communication skills, service-oriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry.

Be able to work under stress and keep calm when emergencies and unexpected situations occur.

Be meticulous and attentive to details.

Good command of English and Mandarin (written and oral) to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and HQ counterpart.

Be able to work independently and in a team.

Able to work rotating shifts.

Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when operationally required.
