**Job Description**:
Position: Digital Marketing Team Leader

Location: Mandai

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve KPIs.

Understand and utilize marketing funnels to drive customer journey optimization.

Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and new digital marketing strategies.

Develop innovative ideas and implement creative strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in managing a digital marketing team.

Proficient in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.

Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journey optimization.

Ability to think creatively and implement innovative digital strategies.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
