**Admin Assistant (Part-time)**

**Responsibilities**
- Data Entry, tally of account receivable & Preparing of Claims Receipt
- Help with client’s Insurance Claims submission & following up on the claim’s status
- Assist with supporting Business Development Team with administrative matters
- Quotation
- Preparing proposal
- Processing of new business enrolment
- Liaising with different stakeholder
- Sending document and tax invoice
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Eligibility**
- ITE / Diploma graduate with at least 1 - 2 years working experience in admin & business support roles.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous, Independent and with proactiveness to solve problems
- Proficient and fluent in written and spoken English
- Good Team Player
- Well organized and Good Interpersonal Skills
- Relevant knowledge / experience with insurance background will be advantageous

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Work Days: 5 days work week (Half Day)

Location: Paya Lebar Square

**Salary**: $1000 - $1,200

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Monday to Friday
