**Details of the Division and Team**:
The Corporate Bank Division is a market leader in cash management, trade finance, lending, trust and agency services and securities services, as well as risk management for foreign exchange and interest rates. Securities Services (SeS) Operations provides custody, clearing and settlement and fund services to global custodians, broker/dealers and prime brokers as well as buy-side firms and other institutional clients.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Develops, fosters and maintains strong, productive and collaborative working relationships with external and internal clients/stakeholders.
- Builds and maintains a good understanding of the client’s business strategy and current issues/market developments.
- Highlights operational, regulatory and other risks to the management.
- Liaises with the internal/external client and actively participates in problem resolution to ensure client satisfaction with the outcome.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement system and process change and development of new product offering.
- Supports internal and external audit requests.
- Represents the bank in Singapore market practice forum.

**Your skills and experience**:

- 5+ years’ Securities Services Products & Operations experience within a Tier 1 financial services organization.
- Good technical understanding of the Operations products and processes as well as knowledge of Singapore market.
- Excellent knowledge of automation toolkit such as Tableau, Alteryx and Robotic Process Automation
- Strong analytical skills, able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving.
- Takes ownership of problems and issues and solves them.
- Ability to work in tight deadlines fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin (written/verbal) to liase with Chinese stakeholders across the region.
