- GB1 for General Builder, Main Contractor with impressive track record in private landed housing project.
- **5.5 days work week** | 830am - 6pm / 830am - 12pm
- **Jurong East location**

**Responsibilities**
- Pre-tender & tender duties,
- **Prepare BQ, tender pricing and documents costs estimation, planning, life cycle costing, and quantity take off**:

- Liaise with owner, developers, consultants, and sub-contractors
- **Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims**:

- Procurement of contractors and suppliers
- **Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors**:

- Prepare, negotiate and agree final accounts
- **Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities**

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a diploma in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Quantity surveyor experience in SG main building construction projects
- Able to converse in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking corresponds.

**Salary**

$2,500 to $4,500
