**Job Scope**:

- Quantity take off based on client requirements and drawings.
- Prepare BOQ and tender documents.
- Identify gaps between BOQ and drawings/specifications and make necessary logical suggestions.
- Source for subcon for quotations.
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project.
- Participate in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers.
- Coordination with the design team in analysing architectural and service drawings.
- Buy off completed work by subcon and handle claims and variations.
- Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise project outcomes and achieve cost savings.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- At least 3 years experience as QS from main con background.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations in Malaysia.
- Basic CAD drawing amendments.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and management.
- Able to travel to Melaka and Kuala Lumpur at least twice a month.
- Experience in SG is a plus.
- Possess own vehicle.
- Fluency in English.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
