**Job Title
- Planner/Snr Planner**

**Location
- West**

**Working Hours-Monday to Friday,7.30 am to 4.30pm. No overtime**

**Contract Duration
- 1 year Extendable
**Scope of Work**
- Handle Procurement services and sourcing on direct & indirect material.
- Assisting in global sourcing and liaising with vendors for parts.
- Oversees Inventory Control and Materials Management
- Manage all materials related (i.e. Tracking of inventory, maintaining stock level etc.)
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery status and materials related issues
- Arrange shipment of goods, planning delivery schedule and coordinate with suppliers and/or forwarders on delivery plans and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Aerospace/ Mechatronics engineering.
- At least 2 to 3 years’ working experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative, works with mínimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Office especially Microsoft Excel.

**This is an outsourced role.
