Our Client, A leading Global firm is seeking to recruit an **Assistant Manager **for their Funds services division.

**Location**:Central Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Manager in acting as the contact for all client matters
- Coach and Supervise a team of junior accountants
- Overseeing key fund services processes such as periodic reporting, capital call, distribution and fund investor
- Involved in the year end audit process for client entities
- Managing the execution of client deliverables and ensure that they are completed within the agreed time frame
- Establish a good relationship with the clients
- Managing requests from clients and ensuring timely issuance of fee notes and collection of fees
- Attending to queries from internal/external auditors on controls and providing evidence upon request

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy field or other relevant discipline
- Professional accountancy qualification is essential
- At least 4 to 6 years’ experience gained in either a financial reporting team or audit firm
- Team player and possesses a positive work attitude
