You will be involved in/to:

- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists and Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed targets.
- Provide cross functional/cross-department/cross-fab support coverage based on need & priority.
- Training of new Engineers & imparting technical knowledge to them.
- Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost.
- Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent equipment or process excursion.
- Work closely with Equipment and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met

**Profile**:
You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

- Minimum Degree in Materials Science, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics/Applied Physics,, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering studies
- Willing to work in dynamic environment
- Technical skills including : Experience in SPC, FDC, APC, DOE and yield analysis software will be advantages.
- Good interpersonal skills, Good Team Player Good in communication and presentation skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of EPI (especially SiC EPI) is a plus.
