- Present insights and suggestions to internal teams through summaries or slide presentations in a clear, actionable manner
- Ensure data science and analysis services adhere to quality assurance best practices
- Analyze response data from target and control groups, supporting conclusions with statistical tests when appropriate
- Develop and execute store procedures to automate data refresh for reporting purposes

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Prior experience with SQL/MySQL and R
- Knowledge of Python and experience in building machine learning models preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices;
- experience with BI solutions (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- 2 years of relevant analytical experience

- Skilled in quantitative analysis and comfortable working with large datasets
- Self-motivated with strong analytical acumen, able to meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player, able to contribute in cross-functional and global settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
- Capable of providing data-driven recommendations based on analytical findings
- Highly effective team player and data-driven mindset
