**What the day will look like**
- Work alongside the Development Team Leads during the development process to ensure project design is being followed, assist in solving issues facing the team.
- Conduct discovery and lead software solution development using Azure Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain code quality, automation and implement best practices.

As part of an industry-leading team you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of Analytics Product Innovation and Development Team within Aon's Reinsurance Solutions business, in Bloomington, MN. As a member of the team, you will work with the Analytics Development Team and Operations Application Delivery Lead.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- 7+ years of C# development experience
- Other languages a plus (C#, Python,.Net)
- 2+ years of Azure Cloud experience. Efficient knowledge on Azure and its services.
- 5+ years of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) experience
- 5+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Proficiency in database design and management, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in software development
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
