Pega Lead

**Job Title**: Lead / Senior Application Developer (Pega)

**Location**: Singapore

**Contract Type**: 12-Month Contract

**Eligibility**: Cat 1 Clearance

**Salary**: Up to $7,000 depending on experience

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Monthly Salary: Competitive
- Completion Bonus: 1 month upon completion of 12-month contract
- Transport Allowance: Fixed $300 monthly with CPF contribution
- Annual Leave: 18 days (earned leave, non-cumulative)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead team decisions and provide solutions to technical challenges within your team and across multiple teams.
- Engage in Design & Build Enablement,Configuration, and Release Management processes (advanced proficiency preferred).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Pega CSA certified.
- Strong understanding of Pega Platform and its capabilities.
- Proven experience in mentoring or leading a development team is an advantage.
