**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support in administrative tasks in AGS. Ie TMS, Personnel Rostering System
- Maintain AGS Security Officers’ Nominal Roll.
- Update personnel records for all AGS Security Officers.
- Prepare purchase requests for all AGS requests.
- Implement AGS training plans for all AGS Security Officers
- Maintain and issue AGS store items when required.
- Any other duties as and when required by the superior.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least NITEC or Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience
- Experience in Security Industry preferred
- Positive mindset and strong initiative in continuous improvement
- Good interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently
