**Responsibilities**

Social Media
- Supports the team in developing and executing marketing and paid social media campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Includes basic copywriting, proofreading and editing, as well as support in design and photo editing.
- Liaise with internal staff and external vendors, e.g. design studios, event planners and marketing agencies.
- Social media account management - planning, scheduling, posting of regular content (includes organising and producing a calendar of contents to support our overall business strategy)
- Social media monitoring & trawling - Researches and monitors activity of competitors on social media
- Community management - ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments

Data management
- Assist in the compilation of data, ensure data integrity and cleaning-up of data collected from campaigns, lead-gen forms, etc.
- Upload data to customer relationship management (CRM) software

Market research
- Gather information on the market environment/landscape (industry, government agencies and providers) to understand factors of concern to the organization
- Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Database & CRM support, Office of Data & Intelligence and IT) to develop and update analytics dashboards to better understand the profiles of our customers and competitors (e.g. demographics, preferences, pain points and return propensity)
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on key/prevailing trends (e.g. developments in the market, regulatory changes, competitors’ product offerings/marketing strategies, etc.) and actionable insights/suggestions to drive business growth for the organization
- Assist in customer research studies (qualitative and/or quantitative) which include (but not limited to) developing questions, conducting interviews, customer journey mapping, and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred with 1-2 years of related working experience
- Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
- Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ambiguous work environment
- Good understanding of social media platforms and user behaviour
- Experience in social media management an added advantage
- Prior experience in analytics, research and customer journey mapping tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, MS Power BI and Salesforce) an added advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop an added advantage
