**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure alignment with company objectives and local regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events to build a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis for management review.
- Liaise with government agencies and external vendors where necessary (e.g., MOM, CPF, IRAS, training providers).Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR generalist experience handling full spectrum HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and knowledge of local labor laws.
- Familiar with HR software/systems (e.g., InfoTech, Times, PayDay) will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
