Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in the promotion and servicing customers in beauty, body massages and slimming.
- Engage in indoor sales canvassing.
- Be responsible for achieving Branch and Individual objective sales targets.
- To perform indoor and outdoor sales on treatment courses and product sales.
- Perform consultation duties when necessary.
- Answer calls and co-ordinate appointments between therapists and clients.
- Make cold calls, calling clients about new promos and activities.
- Take care of client’s birthday and privilege cards.
- Expected to take care of staff duty roster and shifts if necessary.

- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Loves to engage with customers
- People oriented
- Able to defuse conflict situations
- Minimum 2-year experience
