**Position Objective
This position will manage day-to-day operations of the HR department and support in various HR functional in the region as: performance management, career development, talent management, employee retention, employee engagement and other HR matters.

**Regional HR Operations (Asia Pacific)**
- Ensure and manage the region's entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, offer extension, and onboarding.
- Lead and manage recruitment and selection process for non-managerial positions.
- Supervise and coordinate with country's HR specialist and HR Shared Service Centre for onboarding and offboarding process for new employees.
- Provide HR administrative and operational support for Singapore and Asia Pacific region.
- Partner with business leaders to develop new hire induction trainings for new employees.
- Create the appropriate HR action/ initiative in coordination with the respective country's HR personnel to best support of the business.
- Assist in regulatory, compliance and audit related activities where appropriate.
- Participates in the development of Human Resources policies and procedures for the organization in the Asia Pacific region.
- Working closely with local institutions for industry attachment and internship programs.

**Learning and Development (Global Role)**
- Perform end-to-end process for training administration in Singapore HQ.
- Collaboration with external and internal training providers to review the training program, analyze the training needs, and recommend the appropriate training programs to business leaders and employees.
- Evaluate feedback from learners and Line Managers on the effectiveness of the training courses.
- Maintain accurate training database and tracking of training budget globally
- Assist in implementation of the company's training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs.

**Others**
- To plan and execute Employee Engagement activities both Singapore and NEA region.
- To assist Senior Global HR Manager and HRBP in Singapore whenever required.
- Participate in and facilitates company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., annual budget exercise, annual performance management, salary review, employee satisfaction and engagement (ESS) survey,
- Any other ad-hoc project/duties related to Human Resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ HR generalist experience with full spectrum of HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business-related field.
- Proactive, meticulous, and able to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mentality - you take complete ownership of what you do and are willing to step outside of your comfort zone and take on new tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with any HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) and strong Excel skills is desired.
