We are currently seeking Finance Operations Executive in our Pharmaceutical function. In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for the processing operational finances and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities shall include and not limited to the following:

- Participate in the development and execution of the operational plans to achieve the Company's strategic objectives
- Provide operational support to the Company
- Execute SOPs to enhance the efficiency of Finance operational processes
- Check the validity and accuracy of sales & purchase transactions from various payment sources
- Responsible for transactions, billings, collections, payments
- Check and match supporting document for billing;
- Liaison with operations for missing/amendment of document;
- Other ad-hoc operational and finance tasks may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree holder in the relevant field
- Experience in finance or sales operations-related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and able to work independently
