JR29100 Senior/Engineer - CE PYA

As a CE PYE Bench Tester Development Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers who are responsible for enabling Micron's products with flawless and issue free release to both internal and external customers through bench test program development, enabling speedy and accurate failure duplication and PFA defect localization.

**Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Develop user-friendly electrical failure analysis (EFA) tester program (uMate/Merlin software).
- Deliver tester program readiness for every NAND project prior to the first Silicon arrival.
- Innovate new EFA tools/creative testing algorithms to improve EFA productivity for latest/mature technology nodes.
- Provide tools usage training/manual to various EFA user groups.
- Support software debug and tester correlation issues escalated from various EFA user groups.
- Technical presentation to various stakeholders and upper management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
- Highly motivated individuals with 1-2 years' working experience are encouraged to apply
- Good interpersonal/communication/leadership skills
- Knowledge of CMOS device physic, circuit design and experience in electrical failure analysis and fail mode correlation are added advantages
- Knowledge of C/C++/C#/Python/Perl is an added advantage
- Prior experience with NAND/mNAND probe/backend testing methodology is an advantage
