Job summary

We are building Japan's most loved Points program Are you passionate about an opportunity to move fast, build experiences that Japanese customers will love? Amazon Points team is growing We are looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager to join our fun, customer obsessed and super diverse team.

As Sr. PM, you will own and drive a roadmap of customer facing features for Points that drive customer satisfaction with Points. The role will work closely with UX, Marketing, Data and Tech teams to champion product ideas from ideation and planning to execution. The role will also collaborate with global teams to drive prioritization and execution of features and support global expansion of Points.

You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment and not be hindered by ambiguity. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and own roadmap for Points customer facing features - from strategizing through to validating customer needs, prioritizing and generating buy-in with senior stakeholders
- Partner with Tech, UX, Marketing, Data Sciences, Finance, and global feature owners to design and deliver an outstanding customer experience with Points
- Knowledge of Agile development practices
- While Japanese language skills are not mandatory for this role, an active interest in Japan is highly desirable
