**Role Summary**

The Senior Commercial Manager is central to the management, planning, execution, and operational rollout of the CSL Vifor portfolio in Singapore. The role involves management of both established, broad-market and pre-launch, rare disease products. Knowledge of the Singapore account ecosystem complexity, therapeutic decision pathways and the patient journeys is essential. Ownership of the country strategic and tactical plans forecasting, operational execution and prioritization, and delivering patient and sales uptake are key expectations of this role. The Senior Commercial Manager will manage the field team and will be the commercial point of contact for all customers across the country.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a Singapore Business Plan, incorporating all resources available to ensure Singapore market sales success.
- Develop and oversee specific Territory and Account Plans
- Promote all company products and services within the Singapore market
- Lead and manage team towards achieving the desired results
- To ensure full compliance with local regulations and SAPI guidelines
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge - especially key clinical papers - changing clinical practice and customer knowledge at all times, and participate in training programs as appropriate.
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of the customer, related markets and disease states competitive products and the broader healthcare marketplace

**Key Measures of Success**
- Achieve or exceed Budgeted Sales Targets.
- Implement national marketing strategy for all brands.
- Manage the Singapore field representatives
- Ensure that plan and execution of strategies satisfy market requirements and are in alignment with and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical and Sales)
- Development and execution of omnichannel activities
- The goal is to provide an exceptional and seamless customer centric experience, providing information on CSL Vifor products, services and relevant disease information to improve the patient impact.
- Successful completion of other projects as required.

**Business Planning and Performance**
- Develop, lead and execute a strategic launch plan with specific goals and targets for Singapore
- Oversee local sales KPIs and utilize data insights & dashboards to track progress
- Ensures the omnichannel Customer Engagement model is active to deliver the best possible customer experience
- Establish regular cross functional Key Account Plan reviews to drive 360 view of the top tier accounts, best practice sharing and identification of opportunities / barriers. Deliver activities across public and private hospitals, hospitals and clinics, and other Healthcare related businesses/organisations which are aligned with plans and priorities
- Take responsibility for the preparation of submissions (formulary, tender or external business proposals) for CSL Vifor Singapore market products, ensuring that they are of the highest standard and submitted in a timely manner
- Ensure full support and the best possible outcome for any submissions, and to follow up and respond to queries in a timely manner, until determination of outcome
- Encourage an insight driven culture where customer insights, data, dashboards, and CRM tools are used to guide effective, relevant and commercially advantageous business decisions
- Optimise local organization ability to gain fastest possible access for CSL Vifor products
- Develop relationships with key influential bodies and external decision makers to optimize CSL Vifor product uptake
- Work closely with Commercial Head, Market Access and Medical to maximize market access for CSL Vifor Singapore market products
- Work with identified distributors and partners to establish aligned strategies and execution plans with aim to increase sales
- Where appropriate, actively plan and manage budgets on an ongoing basis, to ensure budget compliance
- Nominate, and where appropriate, develop advocates for speaker meetings - attending national and international congress as appropriate
- Be aware of developments in the Reimbursement Guidelines/Quality Control and local issues, assessing implications and communicating to the wider team, as well as tailoring local activities to adapt strategy and tactics as appropriate.

**Leadership**
- Demonstrates “industry best in class” selling and key account management skills and flawless execution of launch and execution plans
- Can lead without hierarchy to orchestrate effective interactions across the Global Business Units and local affiliate key stakeholders
- Ability to influence and guide cross functional teams
- Take ownership of business and commercial performance
- Manage, coach, and develop team in the course of their work. Foster a high-performance cross-functional team environment based on alignment with a set of common values and vision based on a foundation of trust and respect
