**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Scope Definition**:Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- **Low-Code Solution Design and Implementation**:Lead the design and implementation of Low-Code solutions, leveraging the capabilities of Low-Code platforms to deliver efficient and innovative IT solutions.
- **Cross-Functional Team Leadership**:Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams, including developers, business analysts, quality assurance, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and resource coordination.
- **Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for Low-Code projects. Ensure that the solutions align with business needs and adhere to best practices.
- **Quality Assurance and Testing**:Implement robust quality assurance processes, including thorough testing of Low-Code solutions, to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization. Make data-driven decisions to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigations.
- **Low-Code Platform Evaluation**:Stay abreast of Low-Code platform advancements and assess their suitability for the organization's IT projects. Make recommendations for adopting new tools or improving existing processes.
- **Change Management**:Facilitate change management activities related to Low-Code projects, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned. Prepare comprehensive project reports for management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10 years) as an IT Project Manager, leading successful projects with a focus on Low-Code development.
- Extensive experience with Low-Code development platforms
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with various programming languages and software development concepts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
