Service Provider Partner Program & Enablement Manager (APJ)
This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.
**Job Family Definition**:
GSP (Global Service Provider) business within Aruba is a global team focused on developing “sell-to” and “sell-through” business through partnerships with Service Providers. APJ GSP team is focused on developing strategic partnerships to address enterprise business across large Telcos within country and Global Service Providers
**Management Level Definition**:
**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Articulate the MSP program value proposition & pre-requisites to prospective Service Providers across Asia Pacific & Japan region
- Prospect & qualify key partners to be added to the MSP Program in the region Leads and drive partner program (on-boarding, qualification, certification)
- Monitor partner performance in terms of certifications, rebates & program benefits attainment
- Work closely with in-country teams in APJ, partner business managers and GSP Territory Managers to on-board new partners
- Drive program compliance and enablement with all signed service provider partners
- Qualify selected strategic service provider partners eligibility for Business Development Funds (BDF)
- Co-ordinate & drive BDF business planning, monitor key milestones and attainment
- Maintain & update APJ GSP dashboard in terms of certification, competencies and sell through performance
- Provide regular feedback to management & field teams on service provider program & certification attainment
- Collaborate with world-wide programs team to develop the program and provide regional feedback to ensure program is relevant in the region
- Build & maintain training calendar for Service Provider to ensure continuous development
- Organize training & certification workshops for service providers by working closely with technical pre-sales team members
- Setup monthly / quarterly business review meetings with top service provider partners
- Collaborate with GSP marketing teams to effectively utilize MDF (Marketing Development Funds) to drive partner enablement / certification
**_ Education and Experience:_**
- University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 6-10+ years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level.
- Experience selling to partners in a complex environment.
**_ Knowledge and Skills:_**
- ** Partnering Acumen**: Builds understanding of and relationships with partner and internal community among all types and levels of the business, integrating sales engagement efforts. Thorough understanding of the Partner's relationships and needs.

- ** Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines.
- ** Creativity and Entrepreneurship**: Ability to innovate, think beyond proscribed solutions, and take proactive steps to advance HPE sales efforts.
