**What the role is**
- The Leadership & Organisation (L&OD) team is responsible for Leadership Development (LD), Organisation Development, and the IMDA Academy.
Reporting to the Assistant Director (Leadership & Organisation Development) of Workplace & Organisation Development Division, as Assistant Manager / Manager, you are an individual contributor responsible for your assigned projects that contribute to L&OD team’s efforts to build a strong, engaged, high-performing IMDA workforce led by strong leaders, and co-drive continuous learning efforts to equip IMDA officers with the required skills, competencies, and knowledge, in the domains that IMDA champion, to Architect Singapore’s Digital Future.
In the course of the work, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the organisation’s leaders, engage and build relationships with colleagues across IMDA, as well as with colleagues within Public Service and external consultants and trainers in the private sector. You will also be exposed to various aspects of leadership development, organisation development, and learning & development.

**What you will be working on**
- Design & Execute Change Management Align internal L&D team and org-wide learning and development processes. Plan, develop and execute sharing sessions for the change of processes for IMDA alongside the overall project team. Plan and operationalise the overall on-boarding plan, which include the execution of communication and engagement plan with various business units.
- Drive Engagement & Intervention Strategies. Design and execute cascading and sharing sessions, fireside chats, and/ or effective interventions and initiatives to address organisation’s needs and priorities.
- Internal communications & engagement. Design, plan, develop, and execute internal impactful communications and engagement campaigns, initiatives and events, to build desired organisation culture, strengthen staff engagement to the organisation, and instil pride in organisation. This includes writing and updating well-structured content for intranet, internal social media, edm materials, and similar platforms. Developing creative internal marketing campaigns and content planning/production of internal marketing collaterals such as EDMs, posters, banners, infographics, feature stories and engaging videos to create awareness in a fun and interactive manner. Analyse data to provide insights for better optimisation of the engagement efforts.
- Manage the sense-making and assessment of organisation’s capability development efforts in the Academy’s priority areas (e.g. programme evaluation) through data analysis, qualitative research and/or use of diagnostic tools, and generate reports to provide insights, and recommendations for improvements. You may work with Excel, PowerBI or any other statistical tools to produce monthly reports.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in organisation development, change management, and/or leadership development, with an established track record in delivery of related organisation development and/or people development initiatives, internal staff engagement and communications.
- A proven track record of being both a strong individual contributor, and a strong team player who can work collaboratively within, and across teams.
- Good stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and analytical skills. Strong written and communication skills, strong campaign, project and event management skills, and a strong interest in progressive practices and trends.
- Proactive, innovative, meticulous, empathetic, resourceful, resilient, and comfortable in facilitating group discussions.

Passion to help teams and organisations to be more effective and cohesive
- Driven, detail-oriented to produce engaging and entertaining outputs for internal communications and engagement. Able to update existing material, generate novel and engaging material, and identify new ways to reach and engage our people by appealing to their interests.
- An understanding and interest in telecommunications, media and technology sectors will be an advantage
- Experience in videography and scriptwriting, with an eye for visual storytelling. Proficient in using creative tools or software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to produce collaterals e.g. EDMs, infographics
