Senior IT Manager

Key requirements for the role:

- Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology-related course.
- At least 10 years' of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Functional role: Solution Architect for Workplace and End User Computing Technology
- A key member of the Client Services team. Lead a team of technical specialists to design, manage and support the Workplace Technology and End User Computing environment.
- Champion innovation with the use of collaboration technology in company’s business for end users with focus on AI and user-enablement technologies.
- Ensure the compliance of EUC technology and processes to Company’s IT policies and standards.
- Manage a team of 5 managers.
- Preferably mandarin speaking as will need to work with IT counterparts in China
- Strong communication skills and good command of English
- Preferably with experience in contract negotiations with vendors at global scale

Technical Skills:

- Familiarity in End Point Management with Workspace One MDM, coupled with solid experience in Windows 10/11, mobile device enrollment, and security policy management.
- Acquainted with MS Entra IAM, Modern authentication, SSO and MFA.
Knowledge in Crestron and CISCO AV technologies will be an added advantage.
