As an Identity Access Management Engineer, you will collaborate with the organization's internal IT team and its vendors about developing the required identity access and privilege integration for the organization. You will drive the design, development, documentation, testing and operations of access and privilege management infrastructure.

What to expect:
1. Design, develop, integrate, and maintain in execution and management of all activities related to process automation (E.g., Scripting, Robotics Process Automation (RPA)) for Identity access management & Privilege access management.

2. Coordinate and collaborate with internal users, IT Team, and vendors on the solution integration.

3. Define and document business and technical requirements for establishing roles, entitlements, and access definitions.

4. Define, document, and evaluate identity access process and security controls, including managing projects related to identities.

5. Periodically evaluate identity management process and security controls.

6. Track, configure and manage access provisioning and reviews.

7. Clearly articulate technical components such as target systems, connectors, policies, access matrix and schedule jobs.

8. Develop test plans, scripts and execute test scripts.

9. Manage internal and external audit request.

10. Respond to security incidents.

11. Maintain and support IAM & PAM related activities.

How to succeed:

- Maintains a continuous and proactive knowledge of scripting, automation, and process improvement.
- Knowledge and expertise in any of the IAM tools such as RSA (Preferably), SailPoint, Oracle, One Identity.
- Knowledge and expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, PERL, bash, VBScript, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge and expertise in any of the automation tools such as MS Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills and the ability to work within tight timeframes.
- Keen insight and mindset to improve existing security solutions and services in use by partnering with IAM Architecture, IAM Service Owner, and Security Operations to drives automation and innovation across the security solutions supported.

To qualify for the role:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an engineering role with demonstrated ability in scripting and automation.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an identity access management role.
