**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shape the future of crypto trading: Lead the design of cryptocurrency spot and derivatives trading products—including order management, matching engine, and related modules—bringing them to life with innovative solutions.
- Develop market-leading financial products: Design underlying asset schemes for cryptocurrency financial products, aligning with market demand and company strategy to create top-tier offerings.
- Optimize for success: Define business metrics and track product performance through its lifecycle, identifying opportunities for optimization based on competitive landscape, market trends, and resource alignment.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with teams across development, design, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth project delivery and maximize product impact. Be a key player in cross-department initiatives that drive company success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in product management, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
- 6+ years of experience in product management within the cryptocurrency or traditional financial industry, with a deep understanding of digital assets and financial markets.
- Strong analytical skills and rigorous logical thinking, with a keen eye for user experience and product design.
- Proven ability to coordinate resources and solve complex problems across different teams, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience understanding and making trade-offs related to engineering, design, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to work effectively in our global environment.
