Product Director

The Product Director role is a high-level position responsible for the lifecycle of a product. This includes defining the product strategy, managing a portfolio of projects, and driving product development and innovation.

This individual spearheads digitization efforts, focusing on AI and ML-powered products/services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business research and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or enhancements.
  • Conduct process research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for product growth.
  • Lead and manage product teams to ensure delivery meets impact outcomes, time, cost, quality, governance, and satisfaction.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements to achieve target business impact.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously improve products.
  • Ensure appropriate change management is conducted in business processes.
  • Define and lead training to ensure solution adoption.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Computer Science and relevant disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in product management/data analytics.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
  • Proven record of working with analytics, and ML/AI solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skill to liaise with international clients.
