
Customer Service/sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Front desk duties.
- Assists in follow up sales.
- Online training set up.
- Act as single point of contact for all customers.
- to perform simple admin and cashier duties.
- to perform ad hoc duties when assigned.
- Preparing course notes or Book and certificates for the Trainees.
- Maintaining databases by keeping everything clean and updated.
- Data entry.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably with Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Good team player, enjoy meeting people and services oriented.
- Has good initiative, able to work independently and self-driven.
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service, cheerful and outgoing personality.
- Pleasant disposition and personality.
- Promoting nature enrichment Seminar/event.
- Good communication skills and written in English & Chinese.
- Well organised, meticulous. able to demonstrate good teamwork and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales experience in events / training industry with good track record of at least 1 year will be highly considered.
**Working Hours**
Must able to work on weekend (9am-6pm) 2 weekday off per week.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
