WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
- Plan, execute, and manage projects holistically, keeping them organised and progressing smoothly from start to finish to ensure successful completion
- Manage service level agreements and oversee briefs
- Develop accurate and detailed project plans and roadmaps (i.e. work, scope, budget, cost estimates, tasks, deliverables, timelines, processes) whilst remaining flexible and adaptable to changes and developments in the digital marketing space
- Plan key touch points such as kick-offs, brainstorms and deliverable reviews
- Delegate tasks to the right teams and/or individuals
- Work closely with digital managers in coordinating communications, timelines and deliverables with various internal (i.e. cross-functional teams, upper management, teams from within the APAC region) and external stakeholders (i.e. clients and vendors)
- Be the main point-of-contact with clients, liaising with a variety of external stakeholders across their business hierarchy
- Foster strong and collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to successfully drive work forward between teams, management and the client.
- Take strong ownership of roadblocks and project challenges, ensuring your team has all the knowledge and resources they need to conquer them
- Ensure project assets and materials are tracked, organised and delivered timely, efficiently and effectively
- Compile latest news on key trends and category insights and publish on the monthly newsletter
- Manage and reconcile billing matters between the agency and client
**Requirements**:
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- A proven track record of Digital Marketing project delivery - at least 2 years of experience in a project management role or similar, ideally within an agency environment
- Exceptional organisation, people management and time management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment
- Demonstratable experience of working with cross functional teams, ensuring delivery to the project spec within allocated deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, whilst being able to render such details into the wider objective and goals of a project
- Lots of initiative - we want someone who is a ‘self-starter’ with a ‘get things done’ attitude
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn and understand the consultancy team’s products and services
- Understanding and experience with digital media channels is a huge plus, e.g. PPC, Social, Programmatic
