Account Executive Human Resource

**Job Description**:
Account
- Responsible for AP duties
- Collect the needed business records used for banking processes.
- Do month-end closing activities.
- Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time.
- Get reports from the accounting system for use.
- Keep accurate financial records and statements.
- Record and process all business transactions.
- Record transactions and events about inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
- Record transactions and events about sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.
- Use the appropriate information technology (IT) systems and tools for data analysis.
- Prepare reports for management when required
- Inventory management and recording into account system
Human Resources
- Employe visa Application
- Leave and attendance record
- Other administration duty
- Statutory compliance
Job Requirement:
- Accounting related qualification required
- Good working knowledge of ERP system is an advantage
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in accounting and statutory compliance role was handled is an advantage
