**Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team in Singapore. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain experience in various finance-related functions within a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed supporting documents required for bookkeeping, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and organize accounting entry files, ensuring consistency with established accounting standards.
- Systematically categorize and manage banking documents, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of financial records.
- Sort, file, and maintain monthly physical invoices, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end close processes, facilitating timely financial reporting.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements to uphold financial integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
