**We are a leading company in the construction industry, committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure and building solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our Business and Development Department. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and fostering long-term partnerships within the construction sector.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the company’s footprint in both public and private construction projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams including project management, finance, and operations to align business goals.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to guide strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the business development team to achieve performance targets and drive revenue growth.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior business development or management role.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, contract negotiation, and tender processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
