- Provide overall supervision of production activities.
- Plan, organize and lead a team of production workers to achieve production target and output, cycle time and yield.
- Improvement on maintaining production quality and productivity.
- Provide a guideline check on line processes thereby assuring that work done by the operators.
- Monitor the daily efficiency status of the line.
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety at the work place.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ensure stock balance within the freezer tallies with the office system (Physically be in freezer to check).
- 6 day work week, 0700 to 1900.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowlegde in surimi.
- Experience in food manufacturing industry will be an advantage
