**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an innovative Motion Graphics Designer to bring visual storytelling to life through dynamic animations and motion graphics. This role will focus on creating high-quality, engaging content that enhances our brand’s digital presence across social media, our website, and promotional channels. As part of our creative team, the Motion Graphics Designer will work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce captivating visuals that resonate with our F&B and lifestyle audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understanding basic marketing problems and developing relevant creative ideas and concepts to solve the problem and to meet the brief.
- Be involved in production planning, estimate project timelines, and make sure deadlines are met.
- Conceptualize, design, and create motion graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, promotional videos, website animations, and other marketing assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual content that aligns with BYD By 1826’s brand identity and meets marketing objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of motion design projects, from initial storyboarding and concept development through final delivery.
- Support social media initiatives by creating engaging animated content and managing posting schedules to ensure timely campaign updates.
- Assist in producing video content and editing recorded footage for various digital channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in motion design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of colour, composition, typography, and timing in animations.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality.
