**Mission of the Position**:
The primary mission for the Assistant Centre Manager is to actively support and contribute to theoverall success of the Aureus centre under their purview. Working directly with the Centre Manager,the Assistant Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the established sales strategies andsystems. The focus will be on achieving business and revenue growth, elevating customersatisfaction levels, and enhancing employee satisfaction within the assigned centres.
The Assistant Centre Manager drives scalable sales initiatives aligned with divisional goals, fosteringa positive environment through proactive collaboration. Primary responsibilities involve driving salesand event management, overseeing day-to-day operations, executing training programs, andproviding mentorship to staff. Tasked with optimizing strategies to meet and exceed set goals. TheAssistant Centre Manager actively contributes to performance enhancement initiatives, coordinatingevents and marketing campaigns to maximize growth productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and develop motion graphics concepts, storyboards, and animatics that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing animations, infographics, character animations, and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Rive, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate.
- Integrate motion graphics elements seamlessly with live-action footage, and other visual assets to create cohesive and compelling content.
- Ensure that motion graphics content is optimized for various platforms and formats, including broadcast, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team, including designers, animators, and editors, to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

**Hiring Criteria**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work, including animations, infographics, character animations, and visual effects.
- In addition, a deep understanding of the Rive platform and its features, with a portfolio showcasing interactive animations and motion graphics created using Rive, along with strong animation skills and experience with keyframe animation, character rigging, and motion principles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and animation software, such as Rive, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and others.
- Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D is considered a significant advantage
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, and familiar with interactive design principles, motion design patterns, and usability for digital interfaces.
- Strong animation skills and good attention to detail, with the ability to create smooth and fluid motion graphics animations.
- Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field preferred.
