Queenstown, Singapore Luce Maintenance Group Pte Ltd Full time

Hire and interview new cleaning workers from our internally generated leads
- Arrange the schedule of your cleaners
- Take new cleaning jobs for your cleaning team
- Attend site visits for clients and persuade clients to engage in our services
- Handle problems with difficult cleaners, and where necessary, offboard cleaners who are not performing or who are unreliable
- Resolve escalated client issues brought up to operations by Customer Service Work with the sales department to provide operational input on large tender quotations
- Ensure that there are sufficient workers to fulfill cleaning contracts in your sector Work with the operations manager to improve work processes and grow the business

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal skills.
- Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.
- Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri. One day of WFH per week. These can be saved up to take a longer time of WFH.
- Salary: S$2,600 - S$3,500

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
