We are looking for a Solution and Business Analyst to work in a highly collaborative environment and be part of the Global Terminal Operating System (GTOS) Product Innovation Team to understand business requirements and drive innovative product solutions for adoption by PSA terminals globally.

**Responsibilities**
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate innovative ideas to enhance PSA operations excellence and drive growth
- Review end-to-end process flows, transform business needs into detailed requirements and prototypes, and work with development teams to drive delivery with quick time-to-market solutions
- Engage with PSA Terminals and stakeholders to identify gaps and define scope for continuous business improvement initiatives and work towards maximising the value from operationalizing the product solutions in our PSA terminals globally,
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Support product rollouts project by performing requirement analysis and drive the development and implementation of solutions in PSA terminals globally, including assisting with troubleshooting and analysis of production issues.
- Visit and engage customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Sciences or other relevant fields
- Proven work experience fulfilling the role of solution and business analyst
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, web and integration technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
