This role has a focus on sustainability-centred business and corporate activities, given PSA’s commitment to sustainability. As a strategic member of the Global Commercial & Sustainability team, you will articulate our sustainability and strategic journey to the diverse global stakeholders, both internal as well as external.
The individual will primarily manage and drive strategic communication efforts to support the Supply Chain Sustainability Solutions team, furthering our Scope 3 goals along our global sustainability strategy. Additionally, the role will support the Global Commercial team and various strategic portfolios, with comms, branding and project coordination.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyse and interpret the latest sustainability initiatives on a global, industry and local levels
- Track, evaluate and analyse market, customers and competitors’ developments, emerging legislation and technological trends and assess opportunities, risks and trends to business portfolio
- Work with business stakeholders on sustainability-centered projects, deals, and initiatives
- Assist with building PSA’s overarching sustainability brand positioning and narrative
- Support and execute communications plans aligned with PSA’s sustainability narrative
- Contribute to the production of sustainability-themed content (e.g., videos, feature stories, op-eds, infographics etc.)
- Contribute to and manage various strategic integrated communications programmes and campaigns, as required
- Manage agency partners and vendors to deliver on these programmes and campaigns
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of relevant work experience in mass communications, public relations, marketing or related fields. Supply chain industry or sustainability background is a plus.
- Experience crafting and executing communications strategies
- Proven track record at building, implementing, and managing processes that lead to effective information management and communications between multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written skills, including strong presentation skills
- energetic self-starter with a genuine interest in sustainability
- A team player with organisational skills to manage multiple, concurrent projects within tight deadlines; and ability to work constructively in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and partners
